This client came to us with a familiar story: a dark, cramped bathroom that no longer suited their lifestyle. They wanted clean lines, more light, and a layout that felt open without sacrificing storage or privacy. Our team reworked the entire space — relocating plumbing, upgrading surfaces, and designing a layout that maximizes both form and function.

The result is a fully reimagined bathroom featuring a freestanding tub, dual vanities, walk-in glass shower, and spa-grade materials throughout. Even better, it fits right into the surrounding home’s style while standing out as a private oasis.

Freestanding Tub as the Focal Point

In many high-end remodels, a freestanding tub becomes the anchor. We placed it directly in front of a bay of windows to take full advantage of natural light. Hanging greenery and a sculptural chandelier complete the spa-like experience, creating a visual and emotional centerpiece.

The tub is paired with a sleek floor-mounted filler and minimal accessories to maintain an uncluttered look. This setup invites relaxation — a place to slow down at the end of the day without the cold sterility of most modern designs.

Custom Double Vanities and Floating Cabinets

Functionality was key for this remodel. We installed dual vanities with sleek, wood-tone floating cabinetry to offer generous storage without crowding the space. The floating design makes the room feel larger and lighter, while soft-close drawers provide easy access to daily essentials.

Each vanity is topped with solid surface countertops and rectangular under-mount sinks. Backlit mirrors with integrated lighting eliminate the need for harsh overhead fixtures and elevate the ambiance for both day and night use.

Walk-In Shower with Luxury Tile and Stone

The original shower was cramped and underwhelming. We replaced it with a full-width, walk-in shower wrapped in textured large-format tile. Frameless glass doors open up the view while maintaining water-tight functionality.

Inside, dual shower heads (including a rainfall panel) and a hand wand provide flexibility, while a bench adds seated comfort. A built-in niche, trimmed in metal and backed with pebble tile, adds both visual interest and smart storage.

Details That Define the Space

It’s the small things that separate a good remodel from a great one. Throughout this bathroom, our team added high-efficiency LED lighting, concealed electrical outlets, and custom towel storage solutions. A frosted-glass privacy door was installed for the water closet, offering separation without feeling closed off.
