New home construction is a big project to undertake. Green Works Construction is a one stop shop for all your remodeling needs, meaning we handle everything from planning to construction. Your dedicated project manager will be there through every step of the process to walk you through progress checks and make sure deadlines are being met.
Our customers have the option to work directly with our architects when designing plans or they can bring in a third party architect with pre-approved plans. The initial meeting will be to review plans and input suggestions. In this step we will be very thorough with our questions so as to make sure everyone is on the same page. Once you’ve had your consultation with he contractor he will provide you with a detailed proposal which will show everying that is included within the scope of work as well as what isn’t included. Sometimes customers like to provide their own finished material such as cabinets tile and flooring. This is not necessary but we are flexible and can work either way. If you would like for us to both provide and install finished materials your project manager will be more than happy to accompany you in the selection process. Our team of pros includes an interior designer that can help in choosing materials colors lighting etc. She has many years of experience in bringing our customers visions to life.
This will conclude the pre-construction meetings and now its off to stage two. During demolition you can be assured that we take extra care to make sure no damage comes to any of your property or belongings on site. There will be trash removal daily from the work site and a bin will be there for waste removal throughout the entire project. Portable toilets are provided for all job sites and the construction site will remain fenced and secured during the entire project. Inspections will occur periodically and your project manager will make sure to inform you of dates, times, and results. You will never be in the dark about the happenings of your new home.

As first time renovators, we had heard a lot of stories about how they can go bad. Fortunately for us, we chose David at a Green Works construction. Our project was extensive as we took down load bearing walls, redid the kitchen ground up, upgraded a bathroom and had a leak that required ripping up half the floor in our den. From quote to final walk thru, David and his crew were professional, kept a clean work environment (the cleanest ever according to our experienced interior designer), and delivered quality work while keeping to our budget. The best part of the experience for me and my husband was that David was great to work with. He was up front about issues, accessible, pushed to meet our specs and worked well with our interior designer (even when they had differences of opinion). He also gave us a hard time (in a good way) as we are new homeowners and clearly needed some help in learning how to care for our new home. While no renovation is easy, the final outcome was better than we expected and certainly makes this home our own. When we do our next project, we will definitely use David and Green Works team.
